Spellbound was 1st place
Senior Yearling at the Nebraska State Fair and
won her restricted leg championship at the
Madison show in 2018.
Spellbound is a very correct doe, scoring
E-Excellent in back and rump and in in dairy
strength. In 2019 we were pleased with her first
freshener LA score of 88 (the best score allowed
for a first freshener is 89). She freshened with
a balanced and well-attached udder and is easy
to milk.
Spellbound has struggled
off and on with mastitis in 2020. We took her to
the Flatwater Classic as she was looking very
good this year but ended up scratching her
because of an uneven udder on show day.
She developed nice depth of body this year and
we were really disappointed she could not show.
Spellbound will be bred
Laproscopic A.I. to Rockin-CB KR Hoku for late
March kids. |
